Telephony through your provider
The phone number, connections and carrier for a client campaign run through your own telephony account and are not included in the Vertriebex package prices.
PAYMENT TERMS
Predictable terms for both sides
At the start
The setup fee and the first quarter of the monthly fee are due in advance when the order is placed. The minimum term is three months.
Afterwards
The monthly fee is charged in advance by SEPA Direct Debit. The notice period is one month to the end of the month.
Usage-based services
Additional conversation minutes and project hours are billed afterwards with a payment term of 14 days.
All amounts are net prices for business clients and exclude statutory VAT.
A managed solution, not another platform
Vertriebex handles the technical implementation and supports the agreed process. The client defines the purpose, contacts, permitted information, rules and limits.

We clarify the task, data, conversation or knowledge workflow and expected result.
Set up and test
Vertriebex implements the functions, tests the workflow and prepares it for approval.
Run with support
We monitor the agreed use, review results and adjust the workflow in a controlled way.
