Many providers build their own language models to keep costs low – instead of using the leading models available. These proprietary models are typically designed for simple inbound calls: booking appointments, standard queries, basic information requests.
For active cold calling, objection handling and complex conversations they fall short. We use Claude Sonnet 4.6 by Anthropic and GPT-5.2 – the currently leading models with the highest measured score for instruction adherence in demanding conversation scenarios.
In German B2B, cold calls rarely reach the decision-maker directly. The first step is always the receptionist or PA. Our routing agent handles this conversation convincingly and identifies the right contact.
Only then does the sales agent take the direct call – with full conversation context. We don't charge extra for this. It's part of the pilot package.
